Here is step by step guide to turn on/off ambient mode from Charging screen. I personally don’t like it so I have figured out the way to turn off Ambient mode from charging screen.

Here is steps to turn on/off Ambient mode in MIUI 12

Settings –> Google —> Account Services–> Search, Assistance and Voice –> Google Assistant –> Click on Assistant Tab –> Assistant Device , Click on Phone -> Personalisation -> Turn off Ambient Mode

  1. Go to settings and click on Google

2. Select Account Service

3. Click on
Search, Assistance and Voice –> Google Assistant

4. Select Assistant tab -> Click on “Phone” under Assistance devices

5. Turn on/off Ambient mode in next screen
